Apollo Mighty and Kennyflowers have teamed up to release “LMSY,” a chill, special take on a love song.
Apollo Mighty is an R&B/Soul artist based out of Chicago; originally from Memphis, Tenn., Apollo delivers pure R&B/Soul vocals, and both classic and new styled R&B songs. Previous releases have amassed over 600,000 streams across platforms and have been playlisted by Spotify.
Kennyflowers is an up-and-coming musician from Chicago, who is “just trying to push a contrasting narrative through my music.” Kennyflowers’ self-described niche is his voice, which he states “is amazing for a rapper,” a testament to his vocal strength, which combines with his articulation and storytelling skills as a rapper to create energetic and pleasing tracks.
“LMSY” is a smooth R&B track that instantly lightens the mood of the listener with a cool soundscape. A classic love song, the gorgeous vocals blend with the fluid back beat to create a sonically complex and sophisticated track.
