EDM and Big Room DJ, Valoramous, is here to hype us up with his latest track, “Rock The Dome” which has the ambitious energy to fill up a sports stadium with electric, danceable energy.
Pulling from elements of electronica, dubstep, and straight up club music, Valoramous pulls no punches when it comes to the big beat drops that are endlessly enticing to the ears and will have you ready to jump out your seat. “The track means a lot to me because it is the first track to feature my own vocals” Valoramous notes. “I never imagined that I would be able to successfully record vocals of myself. However, great risks sometimes lead to great rewards.”
It’s the kind of music that could also easily exist at a rave, or a club, or even a house party with a solid PA system. It is impossible to underestimate the vibes of this song because they grow and swell to monstrous sizes that is sure to take any event from zero to a hundred at the drop of a dime. Charlie Maybee is a dancer, musician, educator, and writer based in Charleston, South Carolina who currently teaches with the Dance Program at the College of Charleston. His primary work as an artist is with his performing collective, Polymath Performance Project, through which he makes interdisciplinary performance art that centers tap dance as the primary medium of expression and research. He also currently plays rhythm guitar for the Charleston-based punk band, Anergy, and releases music as a solo artist under the name Nox Eterna.
