A Days Wait’s latest release, “Pinky Swear,” is a light, sunny track, bringing summer vibes to the cold of winter.
A Days Wait is a duo from Hamilton, Ontario Canada, who has been making music together since high school. They started this project about a year ago, in early 2020, amidst the coronavirus pandemic. Written by A Days Wait and produced by Day Wave, the duo is pledging to donate any proceeds to charity.
The song has a light, breezy energy. The relaxed soundscape is warm and encompassing; it feels like a mid-afternoon summer breeze on the beach.
“This song is about the hang ups, anxieties and challenges that everyone has to work through and the joy that lives on the other side,” said A Days Wait. “It’s about supporting the people around us with optimism.”
