Ben Dehan is an artist from Baltimore that has recently really caught our attention. He writes music you can connect to on an emotional level, akin to Third Eye Blind or Jimmy Eat World. Littered with moments of Catharsis, Joy, and Introspection, his music becomes a life soundtrack. As the guitarist of American Diary, Ben got his start on the Vans Warped Tour alongside bands like Angels and Airwaves, The Academy Is, and Matisyahu. Since then, he has spent countless hours writing and honing a sound that’s both accessible and intelligent and has begun releasing music and playing shows.
His newest song is called, “Miss Cacophony” and Ben says, “The song is about using our limited time on this planet to do something meaningful to ourselves and in turn, contribute something greater to the world.” The song combines elements of alternative, pop and even a bit of EDM. Ben’s music makes us think of some of the memories of the best time of our lives when listening. Check out the track below.
