Annapolis, MD born Singer-Songwriter, Brendan Lane, skillfully blends a lively mix of Rock’n’Roll, blues, and contemporary pop elements into his music and has entertained audiences spanning three continents. Themes of love, loss, and adventure, in addition to rollicking harmonica interludes, accentuate the joys and difficulties of being human yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
He says, “It’s important that we remember other people are out there, different as they may be. Through music I think we can discover the truth of the fact that we have more in common with others than we originally saw.”
His newest track is called, “What’s She Gonna Do Now” and it will bring the listener joy within seconds of the track. It has some rock feels, while also having the upbeat pop attraction to get a room dancing.
He had this to say about the track, “This tune was written while I was sailing around the Southern Caribbean. It details the highs and lows of a one night stand all the while trying to preserve a sense of dignity. Produced by the impeccable Austin Bello, the song has a dance-y and energetic hook from the jump and takes the listener on a journey with exciting guitar riffs, bass solos, and vocal harmonies.”
