Brodieeguy is an artist from Springfield VA that is on a mission to make 2021 his year. He has recently generated some buzz on soundcloud with his tracks “Cold” and “Sounds” but he is looking to take it to the next level. With inspirations like Lil Wayne, Andre 3000, and Missy Elliot, Brodiee aims to mix clever wordplay, uptempo beats, and toxic storytelling to give listeners a mix of emotions.
His newest track is called, “Get Down” we can definitely see how he uses his inspirations to create his very own sound. The song has a bass line that mimics some elements of dancehall, and it will get you up and moving for sure. The track also features Mickeyy and they combine a number of clever bars together to really draw in the listener. Check out the track below.
