“Kevin Costner” is Daniel Cohen’s fourth song to be released over the last year, which Cohen describes as “the learning year”; This latest funky dance number was preceded by “A thousand kisses,” released earlier this year, and 2022 singles “Cosmic Collisions” (which received over 100k listens on Spotify), a cover of “Chain Reaction” made popular by Diana Ross, and “Will you ride with me …”
Costner’s love of baseball is reflected in the many major motion pictures he has appeared in such as Field of Dreams and For Love of the Game. So, when Cohen reached out to Costner to tell him what an important role the actor played in his life, he asked for a signed baseball as a memento, which Costner was kind enough to oblige.
