Virginia-based songwriter and producer Liquigetic recently released his collaboration with Shayla Manee, “I Go Crazy.” While the electronic artist is inspired by multiple genres, Liquigetic makes music that can be described as dark ambient-electronic.
Liquigetic’s sound hits a musical sweet-spot in the spectrum of sound that involves blending electronic moments with textural landscapes to more accurately connect emotion and music. His purpose for producing this type of music stems from a desire to not only to “provide a fluid audible movement to his audience, but also to induce self-reflection.”
“I Go Crazy” started its journey about 2 years ago; what started off as random experimentation turned into a structured song with lyrics that send an important message to all listeners: infatuation is not always a light and fun experience,” Liquigetic explains. “No matter how deep your infatuation is for somebody, it can turn dark and prove to be detrimental and thwart any opportunity for sanity.”
